When you told your folks you were getting married their faces lit up like Christmas trees. When you said "in Vegas!" they looked like you had hit them in the head with a hammer. The thoughts going through their mind was a 2 am wedding in a pink chapel with Elvis conducting the ceremony and matching tattoos at the reception. Well, if that is what you want Las Vegas has you covered but really they offer so much more. Las Vegas has more weddings than any city in the United States and they are not all done by Elvis. Las Vegas has flare and prides its self for having something for everybody so get you wedding favors ready. Wait, first decide on what type of wedding you want, then get your Las Vegas wedding favors together. Its time to get hitched.

If you are just looking for a nice, more traditional wedding, Vegas has plenty of options. Most of the major hotels have standard chapels that are not themed with the casino and most offer a planner to help you set up your arrangements. Unless you live in Las Vegas this will be a priceless help. Some over the chapels seat over 100 people while other seat 50 and some are very small. Once you know how many people will be coming you can pick the appropriate one. If the actual ceremony is very small (5) then you can meet people at the reception. Most of the really small ceremonies can be video taped and can be shown at the reception. You might just decide to do the private ceremony then honeymoon for the week and return home for a reception and show the video there.

If you want a chapel, though, that does stay in the theme you have several choices. Egyptian is one that is common. If you were having your wedding dress made you might even decide to have it made from Egyptian cotton. A lot of our wedding traditions started in Rome and were spread across Europe by the Roman Empire so why not have a Roman wedding. That venue also has a garden if you want to get married outdoors. Las Vegas is one of the few places you don't have to worry about getting rained on (sorry, if you do happen to get rained on it obviously was not meant to be). A pirate wedding would be lots of fun. They do it on their own Treasure Island. You rings are delivered by a pirate swooping down from the crows nest.

It really is the small ones that are so nice. Getting married on the Eiffel tower would be great. Well, of course it's not really the Eiffel tower but you didn't have to fly near as far and this one is legal! Italy is not too close but now you can wed on a gondola. It looks like Venice but clean. A popular wedding in Las Vegas are the helicopter weddings. Yes, you can get married in the helicopter hovering over Vegas but they have more ideas for you. You take the helicopter to the rim of the Grand Canyon and marry there. It is even better at Red Rock Canyon.

How ever you want to marry, you can find it in Las Vegas. Big or small, elegant or gaudy, they can do it.

By Andromeda D Miradji

All the guests will look at the couple especially the bride from head to toe. They will begin assessing from her head downwards. Therefore, you have to pay a lot of attention to your hairdo.

Once you fell that your hairstyle is perfect then you will feel confident to meet all of your guests. They will act as judges in a beauty pageant whilst you are walking to the altar.

The most popular hairstyle today is romance. Fresh an easy are the hairdo should look, nor excessive or camp it up. It does not look heavily sprayed or stiff. You could remove a few pins and let your hair tumbling over your open shoulders in a sexy wave (even if it is really held together by more than fifty pins for instance and the whole can of hairspray!)

We usually see these soft styles are often cold-down back away from the face. One thing that you rarely see in the wedding magazines at these moments are bangs, especially those are cut straight across the forehead.

Please consider if your wedding is at least a few months away from now, that should be enough time to grow out your bangs long enough so that your hair stylist can easier sweep them off to one side for a fresh and current trendy look.

Relaxed waves are the wedding hairstyles trends of the day; pin with straight hair is not popular anymore. If you prefer to wear your hair down for your big day, there are some different ways to loose the waves. They can be look beachy and a little messy, or they can be soft, smooth and elegant, by just the right movement. For cascading waves, a pretty medium pearl comb will be the ideal accessories type of bridal jewelry for your hair.

Many variations of trendiest wedding hairstyles you can see by pulling the hair back into some knot or bun. Create a natural wave as you pulled the hair back yourself in a rush, it is not tight as ballerina buns or pristine chignons. Let the remains hair stick outward free around your face but the bun will still look artfully done. This wedding hairstyle is the most bride choice nowadays.

and face form. Don’t forget to inform your beautician and hairstylist about what accessories you will be using, type of wedding dress you will wear on that day. They will need all these pieces of information to recommend you what hairstyle will best suit for you.

With their experiences, the hairstylist & beautician will enable your appearance optimal on your wedding day. You will eventually come up with a style that make you walk to the altar with confidently and will wow your guests. It will make you feel like a beauty queen and fell good long after the wedding ceremony is over.

Wedding Hair Advice

By Anabel Scott, executive summarized by Andromeda.

Your bridal hairstyle is one of the bigger priorities for your whole wedding day look. Next to the wedding gown your hair will probably get noticed the most.

Here are the answers to two frequently asked questions about wedding hair.

What do you suggest to brides in the six month lead-up to the wedding?

If the bride is growing her hair, I suggest regular trims followed by a cut no less than two weeks before the wedding. It’s best not to have a brand new haircut because the ends aren’t soft and can stick out. If the bride wants a bit of shape around their face which should be done quite a few months before the wedding so it can grow out if she doesn’t like it. Also, if she wants a color, I advise getting it done a week before the day to allow time for the color to soften. For the actual wedding day, I ask the bride to wash her hair the night before. Squeaky clean hair is slippery, which makes it harder to style.

What veils or headpieces suit which hairstyles?

If I’m doing a really simple hair up, a veil works well. But for a lover type of hairdo that has a twist below the nape, a veil isn’t really needed. If you’re going to wear a tiara, you usually need to wear the hair quite high. It can look unusual to have a tiara when the hair is low – a little like the Statue of Liberty! – And it looks nicer to have the hair sitting in behind it. If you’re going to wear a veil high on the head, choose a fuller, more gathered veil. But if you’re going to wear a veil really low, go for something more slim line, because it needs to flow.
