Preparing Your Wedding Ceremony

When preparing to get married, there are lists of things you have to get in order before the big day. Searching for a Lexington wedding photographer can be difficult. Once you’ve found a wedding photographer, Lexington KY has a lot of great location options. Finding a perfect location for the photos is very important.

Though a photographer is important, there are so many aspects that make up the perfect marriage ceremony. Having the perfect number of guests is really important to make the ceremony really special. With a really large number of guests, it can be kind of overwhelming and you do not really get to spend any personal time with them. By sticking to a smaller guest list, you are able to actually see and visit with the people you love.

Another aspect of a marriage ceremony that is important to consider is finding a beautiful location that works for all weather. Though outside ceremonies are beautiful and romantic, they can be a bit impractical. If you decide to go with an outside ceremony, you need to make sure you come up with a rain plan. Having a tent of some sort is a simple rain plan, though it is not fool proof. You may want to ensure that there is a building of some sort you can use in case there is a weather problem.

Destination marriage ceremonies also are very popular and very romantic. However, the problem with having the ceremony at a beautiful destination spot is that it can be very expensive and hard to plan. Unless you are spending a lot of time prior to the big day at the location, you do not really get to monitor the preparations for the ceremony. You could potentially arrive with only hours before the ceremony to find all sorts of the arrangements out of sort. Another problem with planning a ceremony at a remote location is that all of your guests may not be able to come. It can be very difficult to have a set guest lists when people have to create travel plans and may have last minute issues.

There are a lot of other aspects that still need to be considered. Catering is an important aspect of preparing the ceremony. With creating a menu for the reception, it is important to make sure there are options for your guests. Having a vegetarian option is very important in case you do have guests with dietary restrictions. If you do end up choosing to go with a destination marriage ceremony, a fun idea is to choose dishes from the local cuisine for the menu.

Creating your dream marriage ceremony is a lot of planning, but in the end will be a day that you will remember for the rest of your lives together. Remember that no matter what type of ceremony you decide to go with that it is an expression of your love for one another and a way to portray your love to all of the people in your life.

Choosing the music for your wedding will help set the tone of your wedding.  Your options are a live band, a sting quartet, or a D Jay which ever you choose make a music plan for your wedding ton keep the entertainment flowing and your guests happy.

First, Sit down with your wedding planner and choose the kind of music that will appeal to all of the different age group of guests at your wedding. You want all of your guests to relate to the music and have a good time. It is a good idea to have a nice mix so that everyone feels involved in the wedding.

Secondly, you may want to go to various websites that offer music for weddings and put together a program of different music that will appeal to you and your guests. You may also want to take request because this is a great way for your guest to have a good time at your special event. In some weddings they might send a list of the music that can be played. For a real interesting twist you may want to have a karaoke machine because it can really get people involved.

Lastly, don’t think the music you choose is not as important an element to your wedding as the rest of choices such as food, flowers, venue and dress. Keeping your guests singing and dancing will assure your guests a great time and make sure that they are involved with the music that you decide to play.
